SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. USPS will deliver within another 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email so you can personally track your order yourself. On our end, as a company, we track each order for proof of delivery date and time. If you feel you need to insure your package in case of "porch theft" follow the prompts within the cart to do so. Garden Gate Soap is not responsible for theft of any orders shown as delivered through USPS. If tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, we cannot file a claim with USPS. That is out of our hands and must be handled by the customer directly with USPS. Please bear in mind that there have been delays within the USPS system this past year. If Garden Gate Soap as a company is in any way delayed we will contact you via email to let you know.
Currently Garden Gate Soap ships only within the Continental US. We do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURN POLICY& REFUNDS
Returns: Because of the personal nature of bath products we cannot accept returns. All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Garden Gate Soap reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order. We do want to make sure you are happy with your shopping experience here at Garden Gate Soap, so please reach out via email with any questions and/or concerns and we will work to answer them.
Refunds: Garden Gate Soap does not give refunds. We want everyone to have a happy experience shopping with us. Because of sensitivities, auto-immune issues, allergies, or other personal issues we cannot ensure our products will work for everyone. Garden Gate Soap will not accept returns or refunds based on allergic reactions or sensitivities. All ingredients are detailed on every listing and on the label of each bar. It is up to the consumer to do their research and decide what works best for them, as they would with any other product purchased for personal use. We sympathize with the struggles many people face looking for bath products, and if you have a concern with any of our products please contact us through email we will gladly work with you, or happily formulate for you personally. We are not medical professionals and the main purpose of soap is to cleanse. We make no medical or skincare claims regarding our soap. It is soap. That's it! Please speak with your health care provider prior to using any skin care product, particularly while pregnant and/or while nursing.
PRODUCT DESIGN
Due to the nature of small batch, artisan products, please expect slight variations, small bubbles, & at times tiny imperfections. Each batch is meticulously poured with attention to detail & design alongside product purity. Humidity, seasonal change, & temperature all play a role in curing soap. This is what "hand-crafted" artisan product is all about. Each bar of soap is individually unique.
